1. DEFINITIONS, PARTIES AND SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This is a distance contract pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”).
The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods between SAGLIETTI S.r.l., with registered office at Via Piave 33 – 17047 Vado Ligure (Italy), and the final consumer.
The Contract is concluded through the acceptance by SAGLIETTI S.r.l. of a purchase proposal sent by the Customer by telephone, fax, or via the Internet, following a public offer made through the website www.raptor4x4.it
, specialized off-road magazines, and/or other distance selling systems, according to the procedures described in Article 3.
A “consumer” is defined as a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to any professional, commercial, artisanal, or business activity.
Merchants, resellers, workshops, and all parties purchasing products for resale or for use on company vehicles are excluded, regardless of the fiscal document issued.
Excluded from this regulation, without prejudice to warranty rules, are in-store, trade fair, or on-premises sales carried out in SAGLIETTI S.r.l.’s premises, whether owned or leased, where customers may freely access and inspect products before purchase.
2. PRICES AND FISCAL DOCUMENTS
All prices shown on the website and in magazines include VAT and all applicable taxes.
Delivery costs are indicated at the end of the purchasing procedure.
The price shown on www.raptor4x4.it
on the day the order is placed shall always prevail.
No claims will be accepted regarding prices published by third parties or at different times.
SAGLIETTI S.r.l. reserves the right not to confirm orders in case of pricing errors, calculation errors, or any circumstance that makes the sale unprofitable.
All shipments are accompanied by a fiscal receipt unless otherwise requested, or by an invoice if VAT number, tax code, and complete personal data are provided at the time of order.
Invoices will not be issued if fiscal data are not provided at order confirmation.
Orders under €30.00 will only be issued with a receipt.
Orders exceeding €3,600.00 require an invoice, and the customer must provide a tax code.
Fiscal documents are enclosed in a sealed envelope attached to the package.
If missing, a duplicate must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
Presentation of the fiscal document is mandatory to activate any after-sales service, including warranty and returns.
3. PURCHASING AND PAYMENT METHODS
Telephone orders are finalized when the customer accepts the operator’s offer and provides shipping data.
A summary email or fax may be requested. Otherwise, verbal misunderstandings will not be accepted as claims, without prejudice to withdrawal rights.
Online orders are finalized upon receipt of the order confirmation email.
For PayPal or advance bank transfer, the contract is completed only upon receipt of payment.
Accepted payment methods:
Cash on delivery (up to €2,000) or cashier’s check
PayPal or credit card
Advance bank transfer
Other agreed methods
SAGLIETTI S.r.l. may refuse or refund payments in case of doubts regarding legality or security.
Orders may be modified or canceled before shipment unless confirmed with a deposit.
No changes are accepted after shipment.
Failure to collect shipments will require advance payment for future orders and reimbursement of previous shipping costs.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Products are generally available for immediate shipment.
In case of shortages, customers will be informed and may wait or request a refund.
SAGLIETTI S.r.l. uses qualified couriers.
Average delivery time: 1–3 days in Italy.
Packages are weighed, photographed, and checked to prevent tampering.
Goods remain under the seller’s responsibility until delivery.
Damaged packages must be accepted “with reservation”.
Failure to do so releases the seller from liability.
Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days to assistenza@raptor4x4.net
with photos.
Only one free replacement shipment is provided.
Shipments sent at the customer’s expense and risk (“freight collect”) are entirely under customer responsibility.
5. WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE
Products are covered by Italian legal warranty pursuant to Articles 1519-bis et seq. of the Civil Code.
Excluded from warranty:
Consumables
Short-life products
Used goods (1-year warranty)
Custom-made products with design errors
Products sold as defective
Warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of defect discovery via email, attaching proof of purchase, photos, and description.
Legal warranty covers pre-existing conformity defects for 24 months.
If verified, customers may request repair or replacement.
If impossible or disproportionate, a purchase voucher or price reduction may be offered.
Extended or special warranties apply only as advertised.
Warranty is excluded in cases of:
Non-payment
Outstanding debts
Product modification
6. PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
SAGLIETTI S.r.l. certifies only products of its own production.
Certification requires vehicle registration and chassis number at purchase.
Certificates will not be issued:
After two years from purchase
If the product has been modified
Certificates may be refused if product origin or condition is doubtful.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Only final consumers purchasing at a distance are entitled to withdrawal rights.
Excluded:
In-store purchases
Resellers
Professional use
Orders under €50.00
Customers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt by written notice with proof of purchase.
Returned goods must be shipped prepaid within 14 days.
Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
Returned goods must be complete, unused, and in perfect condition.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after inspection, via:
a) Purchase voucher
b) Bank transfer
Shipping costs are deducted.
Up to 20% depreciation may be applied if reconditioning is required.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom-made products
Modified items
Consumables
Used or installed goods
Items under €50.00
Damaged returns void withdrawal rights.
Withdrawal is excluded if the customer has clearly accepted the product (e.g., after replacement or certification).
Late or unauthorized returns are inadmissible.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Proof of purchase is mandatory.
Replies are provided within one business day.
Incomplete, offensive, or unclear emails may be ignored.
Customers are required to cooperate and provide requested documentation.
9. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes may be resolved through mediation pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 28 of March 4, 2010.
Voluntary and joint negotiation procedures remain available.
