Raptor Joint, universal joints of various sizes, totally overhaulable for mechanical uses, in particular for the construction of suspension parts.
Present in many finished Raptor 4×4 products such as the rear struts of the Nissan Patrol, in the rear triangle of the Suzuki Vitara and much more, purchased separately allow you to self-build suspension arms, panhard bars, crossbars and any accessory that requires a very high quality joint and of appropriate diameter.
They are available in 2″ and 2.5″ sizes and in 2 different versions, with threaded stem and to be welded directly onto the pipe. In the first case, the specific bushing to be welded, sold separately, is also required for assembly.
Overhaul kits are available for both versions, consisting of rubbers and washers that replace parts worn over time, leaving the structure unchanged.
Both on the Raptor Joint and on the fixing screw there is a grease nipple, which allows periodic lubrication and maintenance of the joint, so as to extend its life over time.
