Saglietti S.r.l. operates in the design, production, and marketing of accessories, spare parts, and special components for off-road vehicles, pursuing a management policy focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

To this end, the Company has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and is committed to:

  1. Providing customers with high-quality, reliable services consistent with agreed requirements, ensuring flexibility in product configuration, compliance with production and delivery timelines, and a fair quality-price ratio.

  2. Ensuring fast and effective after-sales service through clear, simple, transparent, and comprehensive communication with customers.

  3. Adopting management process control systems aimed at preventing and reducing critical issues in production, sales, and shipping activities.

  4. Ensuring the traceability of activities in order to promptly identify the root causes of any issues and take timely and effective corrective actions.

  5. Continuously monitoring and applying applicable legislation to guarantee compliance with legal requirements, with particular reference to consumer protection.

  6. Promoting rapid and effective systems for managing and resolving issues, in compliance with customer needs and fair competition regulations.

  7. Selecting, evaluating, and periodically monitoring suppliers of semi-finished products and raw materials, including those involved in outsourcing activities, to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.

  8. Evaluating, monitoring, and periodically testing the reliability of external suppliers of spare parts, universal accessories, and special off-road components.

  9. Marketing exclusively products recognized for quality, reliability, and reputation in the industry.

  10. Ensuring continuous technical and commercial training and professional development for internal staff.

Management promotes continuous improvement of the Quality Management System through periodic reviews, the involvement of company functions, and the definition of measurable objectives and programs.

This Policy is communicated to all personnel operating under the organization’s control in order to ensure awareness, understanding, and effective implementation.
