ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  RATOR 4X4 set-up “GOLD” version with conversion for eyelet shock absorbers, consisting of: 4 RAPTOR 4X4 springs guaranteed for life against yielding available in black and yellow 4 RAPTOR 4X4 gas shock absorbers “GOLD” version with lower eyelet attachments and 20 mm stem 4 rubber stem protector bellows 4 HD forks for conversion lower eyelet attachments.
Ideal for all uses, even for extreme Trial, thanks to the conversion of the lower attachments to eyelet you can direct the rotation of the eyelet in the most appropriate direction so as not to stress the pin and the bushings of the shock absorber, also the absence of the lower pin eliminates at the rear the most common point of failure of the shock absorber resulting from impacts on obstacles.
Raptor 4×4 bushings are supplied with everything needed for proper mounting on the vehicle, with Raptor 4×4 polyurethane bushings of the best quality on the market.
Please note: For all setups with +5 cm effective lift, on Defender TD4 Puma from 2007 onward, replacement of the front driveshaft with a double-cruise is often required.
